Orders
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
For your security and to ensure timely delivery, address changes and cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, and only if the order has not yet entered processing. To request a change, please email us immediately at admin@wavlynn.com with your name and order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications can no longer be guaranteed.
What if an item is out of stock after I place my order?
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we will email you with the expected restock date. If the item cannot be restocked within two weeks, a full refund will be issued automatically. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- The item(s) affected
- A short description of the issue (and photos, if applicable)
Shipping & tracking
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally 6 to 11 business days.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order any time using the "Track My Order" feature on our website. Simply enter your tracking number to see the latest status. If your tracking number appears inactive after a few days, please contact us at admin@wavlynn.com so we can verify the status.
Will my order ship in one package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, items may be shipped in more than one package. If so, packages may arrive 1 to 2 business days apart. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items for 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us at admin@wavlynn.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to preference, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Wavlynn covers the return shipping in full.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No β we do not apply restocking fees on returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may take a few additional business days to appear in your account.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend reviewing the measurements before purchasing. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help β just email admin@wavlynn.com with the item you're considering.
What if an item arrives damaged or different from what I ordered?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@wavlynn.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
