Return shipping costs – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, including returns due to size issues, preference changes, or other non-defective reasons.

We strongly recommend keeping the postal receipt and tracking number for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or do not reach us.

3. Refund Process
